Service Description
Work on either preparing your body for chest stands, getting comfortable in chest stands, different positions, entrances, varaitions and combos in chest stands. If your body is not physically ready, you’ll continue working on strength to support the flexibility needed for chest stands. In contortion classes you'll work on: ⭐️ Full body strength & conditioning ⭐️ Square hip flexibility in hips and legs using Alixa Flexibility exercises ⭐️ Shoulder & upper back flexibility using Alixa Flexibility exercises ⭐️ Cobras ⭐️ Contortion bridges ⭐️ Scorpions ⭐️ Chest stands ⭐️ Contortion balances ⭐️ Press-ups & push-ups ⭐️ Combos & variations Classes are for mixed levels and you will be working individually at your level. For the most progress/growth choose 2-3 handstand classes and 2-3 contortion classes 🙌🏼 Let's get bendy! 🥨 Victoria's coaching approach with contortion/flexibility is the slow way is the fast way. Back to basics is always a good thing. You can’t progress as far by skipping basics. You only get one body, so why rush into those advanced moves and get hurt? When you start training with Victoria, it may feel slow and repetitive, but in a few months/years when you’ve understood the basics and are ready to move on to more advanced training, your body will feel better about it! If you want to achieve contortion skills safely, you need to trust in the process and build good habits before advanced training.

Cancellation Policy
Bend Balance Train has a 24-hour cancellation policy. To cancel a group class or reschedule a private session, go to My Bookings page to manage your classes. Drop-in payments & one-time private training sessions will not be automatically credited to your account if canceled - make sure to reschedule to a time slot that is within 1 month of original booking.
