Service Description

The focus in this 4-week course is to revisit all the Alixa Flexibility exercises for sustainable, safe flexibility. Check where your flexibility is, what’s missing and go from there. In contortion classes you'll work on: ⭐️ Full body strength & conditioning ⭐️ Square hips in splits using Alixa Flexibility exercises ⭐️ Shoulder & upper back flexibility using Alixa Flexibility exercises ⭐️ Cobras ⭐️ Contortion bridges ⭐️ Scorpions ⭐️ Chest stands ⭐️ Contortion balances ⭐️ Press-ups & push-ups ⭐️ Combos & variations Classes are for mixed levels and you will be working individually at your level. If your body is not physically ready for more advanced skills, you’ll continue working on strength to support the flexibility and your goals. Let's get bendy! 🥨 Victoria's coaching approach with contortion/flexibility is the slow way is the fast way. Back to basics is always a good thing. You can’t progress as far by skipping basics. You only get one body, so why rush into those advanced moves and get hurt? When you start training with Victoria, it may feel slow and repetitive, but in a few months/years when you’ve understood the basics and are ready to move on to more advanced training, your body will feel better about it! If you want to achieve contortion skills safely, you need to trust in the process and build good habits before advanced training.

4-week Contortion sessions are a 4-week commitment - they are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
