Service Description
Depending on your level, you will work on beginner, intermediate or advanced handstand drills. In this class specifically, you'll work on a bit of everything but the focus will very much be on achieving or improving your Press to Handstand: straddle press, pike press, stalder press. In handstand classes you'll work on: ⭐️ Core Conditioning ⭐️ Leg Conditioning ⭐️ Straight Handstand Alignment ⭐️ Balancing ⭐️ Endurance ⭐️ Press Work ⭐️ Combos ⭐️ Preparation for One Arm Handstand Classes are for mixed levels and you will be working individually at your level. Bend Balance Train has a 24-hour cancellation policy. To cancel a group class or reschedule a private session, go to My Bookings page to manage your classes.
