The Terms set forth the Terms and Conditions under which anyone may use the website and the services offered by the website. This website offers visitors virtual classes such as contortion, flexibility and handstands.
By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Who Can Use the Website; What Are the Requirements to Create an Account
In order to use the website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18+ years of age or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction or be the Parent or Guardian of the Participant, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Key Commercial Terms Offered to Customers
When purchasing a class package, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full class description, as well as class package description before making a commitment to purchase it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract when you commit to purchase a class package and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for classes and class packages displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing is available on the pricing page.
Return and Refund Policy
“BEND BALANCE TRAIN” - Victoria Kouzz has a twenty-four hour cancellation policy.
Students and parents must reschedule or cancel under "My Bookings" under your account on the website or notify us via email: trainwithvkouzz@gmail.com at least twenty-four hours in advance if they are unable to attend their scheduled class or
If a student or parent cancels their lesson less than twenty-four hours before the scheduled class or does not show up to their class, there will be no credit or refund.
If a student is late to their class, they’ll finish their lesson at their scheduled time regardless of how much time they have missed. There will be no makeup class.
Refunds are not available under any circumstance.

Low Enrolment Policy
Low enrolment classes are defined as classes having a total enrolment of fewer than 3 students. Generally, a class must have at least 3 students for a class to run as scheduled. If a class has 2 students - the class will run but will be shorter in length. If a class has 1 student - the choice will be given to do a shorter private class or reschedule to a different time slot. Classes will 0 students enrolled 24 hours in advance will be removed from the weekly schedule.

Termination - Right to Suspend or Cancel User Account
“BEND BALANCE TRAIN” - Victoria Kouzz retains the right to release a student at any given time, for cause. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any one or more of the following events shall constitute cause:
• Misconduct (i.e.: aggressive behaviour, harassment, slander, bullying, defamatory statements
towards Victoria Kouzz)
• Failure to comply to our terms and conditions
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Victoria Kouzz harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against Victoria Kouzz by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
Right to Change and Modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us via email and social media, as well as any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

Children age 17 and under: “BEND BALANCE TRAIN” - Victoria Kouzz recognizes the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 17 and under. AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 17 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY. If Victoria Kouzz discovers that a child age 17 or younger has signed up on the Site or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s identifiable information from our records.
